Unpainted, you can see the interesting detail of the construction. This horse also has a horse hair tail (not shown.) The ears are incorrect for this horse. Grandpa provided one of the correct ears and when I have time I will carve a second replacement and attach them both. $1,500.

One of Grandpa's favorites and mine too. Like many pieces this is unsigned. The face strongly resembles the style of the Muller Bros. and M.C. Illions. It is possible it was commisioned by my Grandfather, if so then it would be from the shop of the Higardea Brothers of Guadalajara, Mexico. Not really anxious to sell, hence the price. $20,000.
